Shipping
- Shipping for all US orders will be FOB, San Diego, Ca.
- Shipping for Canadian orders will be through Calgary, AB, Vancouver, BC or Montreal, QC.
- All orders may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
- All claims are the responsibility of the customer and to made directly with the shipping company, as per their agreements and guidelines.
- No returns on special orders accepted.
- Preferred Shipping Partners are Fed Ex or Purolator. Other options maybe made available depending on location and size of order.
Refund
Mi Casa Stone Products will refund 50% of the order if cancelled after 10 days or longer after it has been placed.
Warranty
Our products come with a 25 year manufacturer's warranty. The product will not peel, blister, corrode, rust, rot, delaminate, flake or excessively fade during that time.
